1. Characteristics of Stainless Steel Dairy Mixing Tank for Milk/Yogurt/milk powder:
1. This machine is made of three layers stainless steel, and is equiped with cold
and hot circulating water pump, impeller, stirring motor, constant temperature
control system, and the gear paste conveyor pump and double jacket cold-hot water circulating stainless steel pipe .
2. This machine is composed of three layers jacket, which is one more than the other
manufacturer of two layers. The first layer is for contacting chocolate, the second layer is
for cold-hot water circulating constant temperature, and the third layer is special Al2SIO3 thermal insulation cotton layer.
We also can according to your request to custom made design and produce it
Jhenten Quality Control for Chocolate Melting Tank:
1.The raw materaial plate was anlysised by our material anlysier to assure the quality
2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid plate's oxidized
3.After welding the the inner tank ,we will make a full water pressure test to check the welding joint .After welding the jacket ,the full water pressure test be done for jacket too
4.After finishing the surface finish ,our people will make a surface roughness testing to assure the Ra data .
5.After agitator installment ,we will operate it to assure the function is good .
