UHT Instant Sterilizer is a consecutive hot water sterilizing equipment. It adopts high temperature and high-pressured hot water as the medium, to sterilize the packaged food. In the sterilization process, in order to heat the material evenly in short time, hot water is forced to recycle, the packages is returned, and hot water is sprayed, so to ensure the sterilization in high temperature and short time, so to keep the best quality ,flavor and color of the food, to keep the food nutrition in maximum. It can be used to sterilize the glass bottle package, plastic bottles, boil bags, canned food, duh as dairy, beverage, can, babao porridge, ham and meat sauce.
It is widely used for high temperature instant sterilization of the liquid material such as bean milk, milk and fruit juice. The characteristic of short heating time and less nutrition lose which makes this sterilizer more popular to the people.

According to Structure: opening on the head & ramp bottom,opening on the head & conical sealed head on the bottom , up & down conical sealed head, up & down elliptical sealed head 2. According to Material: there are SUS 304 and SUS316L.
1. Temperature difference between the product and the heating medium is small, so the heating is even; the heating tubular adopts tube in tubes type and the surface of the tube is mirror polished to reduce the deposition on the surface which will longer the working life of the machine.
2. It is of high degree automatic, can automatically control the CIP cleaning, self sterilizing, and the whole procedures steps; all the procedures are recorded and controllable.
3. It is precise and reliable in sterilizing temperature control; all the affecting factors such as steam pressure, steam flow rate, product flow rate are all controllable;
4. The inner layer of the product tube adopts advanced polish procedure, all tubes can perform fully cleaning, self sterilizing ensures the system at aseptic state;
