Liquid Eyeliner Filling & Capping Machine:Liquid Eyeliner Filling &Plugging and Capping Machine with functions of automatic filling, loading brush and capping. The whole machine adopts PLC control, with the function of no bottle no filling, no brush no cover, easy operation and adjustment conveniently.
Liquid Eyeliner Filling &Plugging and Capping Machine with functions of automatic filling, loading brush and capping. The filling device adopts bottle positioning mechanism to solve the problem of large size deviation of the Liquid Eyeliner filling glass container that the filling nozzle can not be put into the container. The storage bucket uses the way of pressure feeding by separating from the main machine. The volume of the bucket can be customized by customers and place the storage bucket randomly. That alternate use of multiple storage buckets effectively shorten the time for replacement of different materials. Adopt the approach of mechanical arm fetching cap, pre-spin to cover, which solve the problem of brush poor positioning, and cannot cover .Capping device with a torque adjusting device, capping torque can be adjusted according to customer's requirement. The whole machine adopts PLC control, with the function of no bottle no filling, no brush no cover, easy operation and adjustment conveniently.

Application:This machine fill and seal ointment, cream jellies,toothpaste, lotion,jam and viscosity material, sealing or tail folding, batch number embossing (include manufacture date) automatically. It's ideal equipment for aluminum tube, plastic tube and laminated tube , this machine can fill plastic tube or aluminum tube, no need to change the plastic tube mold or aluminum tube mold, so it is easy for customer who has both palstic tube and aluminum tube. it can save time and avoid any mistake when you change plastic tube mold to aluminum tube mold. this machine is morden technology. Principle: The syrup production line includes bottle washing, drying, filling, capping, labeling and so on.
Contact material parts is 316L stainless steel and silicone rubber, in conformity with GMP standard.
Filling piston cylinder controlled by stepless speed adjustment of imported speed reducing motor, suitable for aqueous liquid and viscous liquid.
Bottle charging, positioning, filling, and bottle discharging are all automatic, if the bottle is not on the right position, the bottle is blocked, or the filling pipe is not inserted into the bottle when filling, the equipment will protect automatically and continue to operate after eliminating the trouble.
Operator manually place the tubes into the tube loading hopper,tube loading hopper will automatically deliver the empty tubes to the tube unscrambler for feeding the tubes to the main machine.
After entering into the main machine, the ceramic synchronized filling system will doing the tracking filling.
After filling tubes will enter into the capping station.The cam cap picking system will pick up the caps from the cap starwheel and doing the tracking cap pressing progress. The chromatic aberration scope between tube and I. mark is reduced.6.Photo-electronic, electric, pneumatic integrative control is applied with the machine. No tube, no filling. It gives an alarm when low pressure occurs. The machine stops automatically if tube error or open the safety door.7.Three-layer jacket instant heater with inside air heating, it won't damage the pattern on outer wall of tube and achieves firm and beautiful sealing effect.8.The machine has a manipulator of five-fold and three-fold function and can achieve double-sides code print that greatly improves the product quality and the grade of machine.9.High-grade liquid crystal display controller matching with buttons for operation that can easily control the stepless speed regulator, parameter setting, constant statistic, pressure instruction and trouble display.
