1,Characters 
This machine adopted the single chamber equal pressure valve filling system,there will be no Air bubbles during filling ,sealing will be twice rolling pressing forming sealing, inverter controlling speed, suitable for all kinds soft drinks.

2,Filling station working principle:
The empty cans will be delivered to the main filling machine by the feeding screws, the filling valve and the cans will be completed sealed by soft plastic, machine will finish the filling while the starwheel moving, after filling, filling valve close and gas release, The filled cans will be delivered to the conveyor and enter into can sealing main machine.

3,Can sealing Machine working principle.
Operators place the tin can lids to the slide,the slide can contains about the 60pcs lids.At sealing machine lids inlet parts it is installed high sensitivity sensor,when detect the lids,the machine will feed the lids and connected to the filled can,pressing heads will drive the can lids,cans and can tray high speed rotating,at the same time doing first and and second time sealing.Then sealed cans will be transport to the conveyor

Application:
This machine fill and seal ointment, cream jellies,toothpaste, lotion,jam and  viscosity material, sealing or tail folding, batch number embossing (include manufacture date) automatically. It's ideal equipment for aluminum tube, plastic tube and laminated tube , this machine can fill plastic tube or aluminum tube, no need to change the plastic tube mold or aluminum tube mold, so it is easy for customer who has both palstic tube and aluminum tube. it can save time and avoid any mistake when you change plastic tube mold to aluminum tube mold. this machine is morden technology. 

Principle: 
The syrup production line includes bottle washing, drying, filling, capping, labeling and so on. 
Contact material parts is 316L stainless steel and silicone rubber, in conformity with GMP standard.
Filling piston cylinder controlled by stepless speed adjustment of imported speed reducing motor, suitable for aqueous liquid and viscous liquid.
Bottle charging, positioning, filling, and bottle discharging are all automatic, if the bottle is not on the right position, the bottle is blocked, or the filling pipe is not inserted into the bottle when filling, the equipment will protect automatically and continue to operate after eliminating the trouble.
Operator manually place the tubes into the tube loading hopper,tube loading hopper will automatically deliver the empty tubes to the tube unscrambler for feeding the tubes to the main machine.
After entering into the main machine, the  ceramic synchronized filling system will doing the tracking filling.
After filling tubes will enter into the capping station.The cam cap picking system will pick up the caps from the cap starwheel and doing the tracking cap pressing progress.

 
Character:
1.The machine is able to meet different type of tail folding, sealing requirements of aluminum tube, plastic tube and laminated tubes. It is a multi-purpose machine.

2.The whole procedure of tube feeding, I. marking, tube interior cleaning (optional), material filling, sealing (tail folding), batch number printing, finished products discharging can be performed automatically.

3.Servo control makes it precise and convenient to adjust the filling amount by touch screen.

4.According to the different length of the tube, height of tube chamber can be adjusted easily by motor. With external reversal feeding system, makes tube charging more convenient and tidy.

5.The mechanical linkage photo sensor precision tolerance is less than 0.2mm. The chromatic aberration scope between tube and I. mark is reduced.

6.Photo-electronic, electric, pneumatic integrative control is applied with the machine. No tube, no filling. It gives an alarm when low pressure occurs. The machine stops automatically if tube error or open the safety door.

7.Three-layer jacket instant heater with inside air heating, it won't damage the pattern on outer wall of tube and achieves firm and beautiful sealing effect.

8.The machine has a manipulator of five-fold and three-fold function and can achieve double-sides code print that greatly improves the product quality and the grade of machine.

9.High-grade liquid crystal display controller matching with buttons for operation that can easily control the stepless speed regulator, parameter setting, constant statistic, pressure instruction and trouble display. The operation is simple and reasonable.
