Auto Diary Concentrated Fruit Juice Beverage Processing Equipment Machinery with Sterilizer/CIP Unit/Water Treatment/Storage tank:The whole fruit juice production line consists of the following systems:
1. Water treatment system
2. Suger melt system
3. Sterilizer system
4. Filling and packing system
5. CIP cleaning system
6. After treatment equipments, like conveyor, package or pallet, etc.
7. There are other assistant equipments used such as steam boilers, air compressor, cold water unit, etc.
8. Installation materials for the process pipeline, utility pipeline as well as electrical installation are provided.

According to different product requirements, the material of liquid storage tank can be divided into SUS304 or SUS316L. The interface adopts the international standard quick installation chuck type.The Liquid storage tank, conforming to GMP authentication, is made of 316L or 304 stainless steels. It is featured with equitable design, advanced technology, automatic control and grace appearance.
The whole equipment is produced according to the Steel Made Pressure Vessel Gb150-1998 and Steel Made Welded Atmospheric Vessel JB4735-97. It can also be designed and produced according to customers' demand
