1. Candle type diatomite filter:
This machine adopts high quality of stainless steel, with pearlite or diatomaceous earth as the assistant filter. It is of advantages of fine feature, simple operation, low filter cost, and high efficiency. The filter degree can reach up to 99.8%, it even can filter the particles below 10.1micro meter, and back woods coli. 2.Plate frame filter:
The machine is stainless steel multilayer plate type filter press, which is applicable to the sealed filtration of liquid with strength lower than 50%, small viscosity and small residue content so as to meet the fine filtration and semi-fine filtration requirements of purification, sterilization, clarifi- cation etc. It directly adopts microporous filter membrane to reach the purpose of aseptic filtration without the filtration of microporous film filter. The machine has such characteristics as large filtration area, large flow and wide application range. Therefore it is widely used in pharmace- utical industry, chemical industry and food etc. industries, especially for the filtration of injection liquid medicine in pharmaceutical factory, its effect is more prominent.

3. Stainless steel diatomite filter:
Diatomite filter is a kind of precision filter equipment which is usually used to filter the liquor,wine and beverage.
The equipment consists of housing, intermediate shaft, filter plate, filter cloth, guide rod, valve, watch window, rubber tire and other components.The joints are sealed with a rubber seal which is easy to disassemble and clean. The diatomite should be placed into the liquid before starting to filtration. Then the mixed liquid enter into the housing from the inlet,going through the filter plate when the diatomite was mixed together fully. The diatomite precoat layer is first formed on the filter plate. The impurities are trapped when the liquid get through the diatomite precoat layer, meanwhile,clean liquid go through the tubular or sheet-like micro gap and gap among the particles.The clean removal efficiency is to <5 micron (μm).Diatomite filter is suitable for grape wine, beer, brandy, fruit wine, beverage, syrup, soy sauce, liquor, starch and vinegar and pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry and so on.
